From Working Product to Real Experience
HABITATT began with an ambitious idea: use AI to make understanding nutrition and accessing healthcare more approachable. The product could identify potential nutritional deficiencies, help users understand their health, and connect them with doctors across different areas of care.
When it came to us, the application already existed and was functional. But getting something to work is different from building something people can rely on. The product had been rapidly built through AI-assisted development, and in production it was facing stability issues, an inconsistent interface, and an experience that made the technology feel more complicated than it needed to be.
Rebuilding From the Ground Up
We decided not to patch the existing product. We rebuilt it.
The foundation was redesigned around a more stable and secure architecture, with a new NestJS backend, improved security, optimized AI workflows, and a cleaner system for handling the application's growing needs. At the same time, we rethought the product experience from the user's perspective—simplifying the interface, restructuring the dashboard, and creating a clearer path through the platform.
The goal wasn't simply to make HABITATT look better. It was to make the product feel like a product.
Giving AI a Human Interface
AI can make health technology incredibly powerful, but power without clarity creates friction. We focused on making the intelligence behind HABITATT feel almost invisible—giving users a simple, modern interface while the complexity happens underneath.
The redesigned experience brings nutrition insights, health information, AI interaction, and access to healthcare into a more cohesive environment. The visual language is contemporary and approachable, designed for a generation that expects technology to feel natural rather than technical.
Built to Learn
Launching HABITATT wasn't the finish line.
With the product now live, the next phase is about understanding how people actually use it. Every interaction, hesitation, and point of friction becomes an opportunity to learn. We use those learnings to continually refine the experience, making each iteration simpler, clearer, and more useful.
HABITATT is not a product we built once and walked away from. It is an evolving digital health experience—built to learn from its users and become better with every release.
